Sue Zhou Does Food is run by Sue Zhou, founder and head chef who has worked for more than 15 years in the hospitality/food and beverage industry in China and Europe.
She has been passionate about food since childhood by cutting recipes from magazines and newspapers and her hunger is still continuing. She is an experienced food educator, caterer, restaurateur and involved with Slow Food Beijing and Asia.
Wholesome and quality food are the two foundations at Sue Zhou Does Food. We take great care of all the dishes we serve which are made from ingredients we always choose carefully, seasonal and local when possible.
We understand that attention to detail in every step is key to the success of any event. We offer bespoke corporate and private catering from drop off to a full sit down dinners.
When additional service like service staff, bartenders, tables, flowers, china ware and musicians are needed we can arrange this accordantly with additional costs.
